Built in 1968, the building had no significant renovations and was at the end of its useful lifespan.1400 Crystal Drive provided a great opportunity to recycle and reposition an existing Class B structure into a state-of-the-art, Class A office building.

Mike is President of the firm, oversees the day-to-day financial and staffing operations, while also managing design and construction of commercial, educational, religious and data center projects. Mike co-founded Rathgeber/Goss Associates in 1991 after 14 years of practice in the metropolitan Washington area.
