This project consisted of the phased redevelopment of Rockville Town Center and involved over 1.4 million square feet of new residential, commercial and parking garage construction on 15 acres. The redevelopment plan had five (5) distinct development blocks: Blocks 1-2, 3A, 3B, 4 and 5. The completed project features approximately 644 residences, 1,900 parking spaces, 175,000 square feet of retail and the largest public library in Montgomery County.Several components were delivered in fall 2006 with the grand opening for the entire complex in spring 2007.
