We used Jeff and his team for a lot of work on a project in the protected Vargas Plateau region of Fremont. Jeff was consistently a pleasure to deal with. His work is high quality, the prices fair. He did several surveys of the parcel, engineering calculations for several phases, and met with the city. Very pleased with his work.

Very professional and thorough. A previous engineer offered less, but we lost weeks and several thousand dollars because the other company did not consult city and fire, soils reports. A little more expensive up front, but Greenwood and Moore does the work.

NOT A CUSTOMER, but when driving near the company's trucks the glare from the metal attachments is extremely strong and causes a danger to drivers

Beware! Sounds good when you talk with them. They looked over my 3 plan sheets completed by another civil person moved out of area. Since its their business, 3 plan sheets of same ole same takes what? 1 hour. Then you get the deposit required. In trust, I paid it. Then I got the "Ill need to meet with the city and have another meeting there any way". I agreed not happy about the two week loss. Then I get the bid and its 3 times every bid I have received. What?
I am a moron. Thanks for the compliment. I cancel and request my deposit but of course the 3 sheets he sees every day took hours and hours of work to look at.? SCAM Money hungry people taking advantage of innocent trusting people. I guess it took $1250.00 to do a bid most do for free.
