If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They charge a mandatory "Maintenance and Support" fee of thousands of dollars per year to keep your license active, and they NEVER respond to support requests. I have never been able to speak to a customer support rep, as they claim to use an automated "ticketing system" for support requests, and NEVER get back to you. I believe they purposely direct all calls to automated response lines to AVOID giving support to paying customers. I honestly think their "maintenance fees" are just a fraud scheme to steal thousands of dollars of your money annually.
