Peed & Bortz, LLC was founded in 1998 by C. Elvan Peed, PE and Scott Bortz, PE. Our staff consists of five licensed Professional Engineers and two technicians/specialists. We employ full-time and part-time construction inspectors and drafters on an as-needed basis. Our engineers have over 100 years of combined experience in South and Central Virginia.
