Our services center around land surveying, civil engineering, geology and land development. LS&E staff includes professional land surveyors, professional engineers, licensed geologists and waste water treatment system designers along with experienced technical and administrative staff. Our project results have earned the respect of industry peers, regulatory agencystaff and clients. Twice voted Master Builders "Company of the Year." Our president, Lyle Fox, was elected head of the Washington State building industry trade group.

Lyle (President of LS&E) was educated at the Oregon Technical Institute and is registered in WA, OR and ID as a PLS. He has over 40 years land surveying experience. Damon DeRosa, PE, is our Principal Engineer. He oversees all civil engineering and project planning services. Damon has over 30 years experience (17 years in public agency and 13 years in the private sector).
