President
With over 40 years of land surveying experience, Lyle Fox leads LS&E as President. He holds a degree from Oregon Technical Institute and is a registered PLS in Washington, having completed over 2,200 surveys in Pierce County.
Damon DeRosa
Principal Engineer
Damon DeRosa oversees all civil engineering projects at LS&E. He earned his Civil Engineering degree from Gonzaga University and brings 30+ years of expertise, including 17 years in public agency roles and 13 in private sector engineering leadership.
Bill Creveling
Principal Geologist
Bill Creveling directs LS&E's geotechnical and wastewater services. With 30+ years in geology and wastewater systems, he earned his degree from Fort Lewis College and previously served as Land Use Program Lead for the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department.

Civil Engineer

I asked Leroy Surveyors to survey a 5 acre wooded parcel I purchased and had concerns about encroaching neighbors. They completed the job timely and completely displayed on the survey great details and measurements of any and all questionable areas for recording with county. Thanks for the prompt, professional work!

Very good Service. Having Leroy come out and do a property line survey on my 5 acres actually solved a little border dispute I was having with a neighbor (his surveyor was wrong :) ). Fast, affordable and I will definitely use them again.

Basically ditto to every bad review on this company. I wish I had done my research before choosing. Their business ethics are highly questionable and they lack genuine integrity. They have zero follow through on what they say. I would recommend securing better representation for your business.

My family recently purchased a property in Pierce County to build our next home on. We needed a Septic Design and a Stormwater/Site Plan for it. We were referred to Leroy Surveyors and Engineers, specifically Bill Creveling for the Septic Design and Kim Hinds for the Stormwater/Site Plan. They both did a fantastic job! They were great to work with. The fees were all disclosed up-front and were reasonable for the work involved. (We even got a partial refund as some of the previously done work on a septic design for the previous owner was able to be used, so they passed on the savings to me.) Communications were great all the way through the process. I checked in with them, they checked in with me to give me updates. I would recommend them highly and I look forward to inviting them to our house warming party once our house is complete!
