I had these guys engineer my garage and they charged me accordingly. After everything was finished (months after I paid them) they sent me an additional bill and threatened collections if I didn't pay it. I'm still confused to this day what the extra bill was for. Won't ever use them again.

I am a realtor in the area and had a complicated title issue that no one else could figure out. Josh Madsen with Gilson took the time to look into the easement as well as the title work and county info to help us figure it all out. Amazing service that he did just to be a good person!
