North Point has constructed a large warehouse / logistics facility at the BP 78 site (Bethel PA). The 1,000,000+ sq ft building will provide logists support for the eastern US. We prepared the Land Development Plan, NPDES (PCSM) plan and design, ES plan and design, and associated site plans. The project involved an Individual Permit, as well as detailed coordination for a Joint Permit.
