I used Berks for the plot plan and numerous other services for my new construction home. Overall they did a great job and always had a quick response time. I communicated with Dan on a weekly basis and he always knew what was going on. Great company!

Make sure to read your contact very careful with this company, since it didn't say about using our deed in the contract they didn't, which is the only legal thing to use by law. We appreciate that they admitted under oath that, which made everything they did illegally done! Did not follow deed description only, in direction it was plotted out, followed and agreed with someone else's mistake. Didn't do appropriate research, even when evidence of others mistake was presented.

We are so pleased with the work completed by Berks Surveying and Engineering. They traveled to our home in Delaware County, Pa to survey our property for a large retaining wall, patio and sidewalks. They provided everything we needed to get the project ready for approval With our zoning commission. They prepared our permits, and attended online zoom meetings to explain the project to the zoning board and worked well with the township engineer.
This company is really tops, very easy to communicate with and professional. They worked hand in hand with Berkshire Building Services to create our beautiful stone wall with built in planter, stamped concrete patio and sidewalks!
