Reyes Engineering is a small MEP firm. Flaviano Reyes Jr is the founder and Principal and seems to always loses his self-control which leads to his temper tantrums with his employees and is very condescending. He talks down to his employees and does not treat them like his peers. Communication is lacking from management which causes a perceived lack of organization in the firm and on projects. There is no culture or buy-in from the employees which leads to employees seeming to fend for themselves. Flaviano needs to work on his people skills and improve on the working environment or else there will be a continuation of employees voluntarily leaving the firm. There is no ill will toward Flaviano or the firm, but things need to change in order for them to survive in this saturated market.
