We had a little miscommunication in the beginning, but Rodger came out sorted everything out in person, and did a fantastic job. I have a very old home, and had concerns about removing a wall and sloped floors. Rodger was able to get me a comprehensive report on what would be needed and also suggestions on how to approach the problems I have. Would definitely hire again!

Per request from a potential buyer, based on recommendation from home inspection, an engineer was needed to further inspect basement walls.
Excellent. Epang provided a Foundation Engineering Report which included site information, conditions that might be contributing to the problem, detailed notes of general conditions: water issues, structural issues, and maintenance issues, and Maintenance and Repair Recommendations. Included was a detailed diagram of the basement, complete with measurements. Epang had the report available within hours of the inspection. Pleased with efficiency as there was a pending contract and time was of the essence.
Found out Friday evening what was being requested from the potential buyer; Epang was available the following Monday morning for an inspection. Had the report in hand midday. Appreciative that we were able to keep the momentum moving forward with the buyer contract.

As a real estate broker, the words " additional foundation inspection required" scares everyone involved in a transaction. Panic first and then find an expert to hopefully be honest, ethical and try to not sell a service. My experience with Epang was just that. They were called in for a loan program that is pretty tough with inspections and as the listing agent I just knew that the foundation was ok.
They came to inspect the property and not only agreed with me but took compassion upon the buyer who was forced to do the additional inspection and didn't overcharge her for their expertise. I am relieved to know true professionals like Epang exist and know that I have found our engineering experts for future real estate needs.
