We are an integrated design firm that has been providing critical interdisciplinary in-house design services since May 2000. Our professionals from all disciplines work side-by-side as design collaborators to create facilities exhibiting effective functionality that address specific client needs. We were founded as K. Power Engineering, Inc. by Kevin Power as a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm, and we have since expanded to include structural engineering and architecture. Our forensic engineering services are handled through KPE-Investigative Engineers, LLC, created in 2013. We assess design errors and construction defects on projects designed and constructed by other firms. Went to pick up an item at the neighboring apartment complex. When I came out, a sticker was on my driver-side windshield threatening to tow my car. I was unaware that parking spot was owned by KPE and not the apartment complex. Will avoid parking there in the future. With that said, the sticker appears to have damaged my front windshield. For that reason, I gave the business one star and would gladly take it away if they kindly offer to clean my windshield.

As a contractor, I utilize KPE often to scope structural damage on anything from vehicle impacts, storm damage, fire damage etc. Very thorough, responsive and aware of the big picture.
