We foster teamwork between clients, stake-holders, design engineers, environmental specialists, system operators, equipment suppliers, and the community. We participate in local collaboration to support design solutions appropriate for the community.

Oscar Larson & Associates has performed professional engineering services, to plan, design, and provide construction management for hundreds of miles of streets, roads, and highway projects and parking areas. Our staff has successfully managed the environmental and permit process of hundreds of projects from conceptualization, design, application, environmental review, approval, through construction and post construction completion.
