Don't get any work done from this firm. They are expensive and don't know what they are doing. Very unorganized. It took them 9 months to get things submitted to the city. This is all before COVID-19. I am writing this on behalf of someone else so this firm doesn't retaliate against the client. The work is still not finished now client might not do the project and has lost so much time and money. This is worst firm client has dealt with. They can pay someone to remove this negative $250 but that still doesn't change things.

We had them do some plans for us in Buda for commercial project. They took forever to get the plans ready. We had to wait forever to get the plans ready and submitted to city. Normal turnaround time is 6-8 weeks they said it before signing the contract. It took them 7 months to get things submitted. Save yourself agony go to any firm just not Southwest Engineers.

I dont think any of these negative reviews were actual customers. I worked with them and they did an amazing job and fulfilled all my needs. They went over and beyond to get my job done. Highly recommended
