Happy with the service and would recommend to friends and family. Used to do a survey for us to add a deck and shed to our property. Took a couple months to get here, but everything everywhere is short on staff, so expected. But once they got here and we told them what we needed they worked hard to accommodate us quickly. Everyone was very nice to work with.

I hired this company to do a simple residential Grading Plan based on builder's recommendation, as the township needed it for my building permit and was the biggest mistake that I made in the entire project. Company is very expensive, non responsive, promised to finish the plan in 3 weeks, but instead the 1st draft took nearly 4 months to submit. There were 2 follow up reviews, each took months to get back.

I was charged thousands of dollars and in total took 9 months to finalize a grading plan. Stay away from company. There are plenty of other professional engineering services company that can do the job quickly, for better price and will value my business.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness When I initially contacted them they said they were very busy and it would be 10 days. After 3 calls to them and waiting a month for a return phone call to have 3 pieces property surveyed, I called another company. Very unprofessional. Why would I trust them to competently complete the work when they can't even return a phone call.

When I needed to replace a commercial septic mount, I turned to Will Whitehead of Kiley Associates. With his knowledge, I was able to reduce the size of the mound, increase the efficiency of the system and netting a $2,000 savings on replacement costs. It paid to hire a professional engineer.

Kiley and associates is a solid and professional surveying group. I have two stars due to the extravagant pricing that they charged us for a survey for a very simple home in a well defined and marked development. The work required to survey this home was low in effort and should have been a fair charge for a typical survey. No markers needed to be reponned or anything but stakes and pink ribbon.

To our dismay we asked them to survey without a cost estimate due to a close friends reaommendation. Following the survey about 6-9 months we asked them to remark one corner as a neighbor took it upon themselves to move it. Kiley wanted an additional $200 to come back and remark the monument with stake. After the first charge which was well Over $1000 we were pretty disappointed. Maybe Kiley is a good choice for commercial and a tough residential job but for basic survey beware of their prices.
