Its hard to reach anyone when you need them, they take forever to call back. not the kind of service you would want when a heating issue arises and you need service help.

So, not only do they have extremely long lead times (16 weeks!), but they don't even hit that. They continue to delay, push back, and make excuses for why product isn't being shipped. Machines down, materials not on hand, labor issues. they MAY make a quality product, but after waiting 6 months, I just want to cancel. They took something we were excited about and have made it a nightmare. The worse part is they don't even seem to care. The customer service at this company is non-exsistant and unbelievable. How are they still in business?
