Chuck does not respond to calls about construction they're overseeing. They do not inspect the construction they're being paid by tax dollars to Inspect.

They did some resurfacing on the street last summer and I am still waiting for them to take care of the pile of dirt and chunks of cement and rocks. I have called the mayors office a few times and they said rtthe engineer knows about the problems and it was supposed to be taken care of. not. I have called him myself 3 times in the last 6 weeks and still nothing is being done. He says he has contacted the contractor and that it will be taken care of. How long do they need I have been dealing with this since March

Company is very unresponsive. Its been a nightmare doing business with them. They tell you what you want to hear and disregard anything you say. Every time i call its like talking to people with amnesia.
