Engineering & Design
Our engineering team utilizes advanced CAD, CFD, and FEA software to create optimized designs for complex systems. We specialize in finite element analysis for stress, heat transfer, and vibration testing. With integrated manufacturing capabilities, we ensure designs transition smoothly to production while maintaining strict quality standards.
Waterjet Cutting
We offer precision waterjet cutting for metals, plastics, and composites up to 8" thick. Our dynamic head technology eliminates edge taper while maintaining dimensional accuracy. Capable of handling both small details and large-scale projects, we provide clean cuts without heat-affected zones for materials ranging from titanium to aluminum.
CNC Machining
Our full-service CNC machine shop produces custom parts from customer drawings or CAD models. Using the latest CAM software, we maintain tight tolerances for complex geometries. The facility supports rapid prototyping and production runs with quick turnaround times for both one-off components and manufacturing.
RAIDS System
The Rifle Actuated IED Defeat System (RAIDS) is a reusable grappling hook system for military applications. Designed to detect and neutralize command wires, pressure pads, and tripwires, it offers remote payload delivery capabilities. The system uses replaceable bullet traps for operational flexibility without requiring blank ammunition.
Black Out Boxes
Our EMI-shielded storage solutions protect electronic devices in secure environments. Constructed from 0.125" aluminum with RoHS-compliant gaskets, these boxes provide 80-125 dB shielding effectiveness. Customizable foam inserts and locking mechanisms ensure secure storage for sensitive equipment requiring electromagnetic interference protection.

Built my state of the art Ice cream truck. I am so happy with the product as scientific cardinal fixed the issues with great customer service during the build and after the build. if I ever get another truck I will have Andy and his crew do it again.
