Just from the first phone call, I was so impressed with the kindness of this company. Contractors can often be short and abrasive. The gentleman that answered the phone was patient and listened to me completely. The only reason I didn't use this company was because my issue was outside of his services. However, he was kind enough to share with me what kind of contractor I should contact and encouraged me to call back if I wasn't getting anywhere.

You don't get customer service like this anymore. We weren't on the phone 5 minutes, but his kindness went a long way. If I ever have basement waterproofing issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Cornerstone.
