Services
Injection Molding
Our injection molding services utilize advanced technologies including gas-assist and over-molding capabilities for complex components. With 137 presses ranging from 55 to 1800 tons, we produce parts from 1 gram to 26 lbs across automotive, appliance, and powersports sectors. Our ISO 9001-certified processes ensure dimensional accuracy and material integrity through automated quality control systems and in-process testing.
Prototyping Services
We offer rapid prototyping solutions using Stratasys F770 FDM and J826 Prime 3D printers for functional testing and design validation. Our 20-year in-house experience creates 3D printed prototypes for fit/function analysis and color/material/finish evaluation. We also provide 3D printed mold inserts for low-volume injection molding trials of 10-100 parts to validate production readiness.
Painting and Hydrographics
Our Juarez facility provides robotic painting and hydrographics with RFID-controlled application systems. Using FANUC robots and multi-stage wash systems, we apply 1K/2K coatings with automated color change capabilities. The hydrographics process accommodates 1.3-meter film patterns for complex surface decorations on molded parts, followed by quality inspections using multi-angle spectrometers.
Tooling Development
We design and construct injection molds through global partnerships while maintaining full engineering responsibility. Our expertise covers two-plate, three-plate, stack molds, and MUD base systems with capabilities in insert molding and family tools. Through advanced mold flow analysis and PPAP validation, we optimize tool designs for production efficiency and part quality.
Assembly and Testing
Our robotic assembly systems integrate parts with electronic, metal, and glass components using automated adhesive dispensing and digital torque control. We perform pressure decay leak testing and material property evaluations in on-site laboratories. This comprehensive approach reduces supply chain complexity by combining molding, decoration, and final assembly under one quality-controlled process.
