With two professional design engineers fully qualified for design of industrial construction and registered to work in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia and over 60 field employees, including 8 superintendents and 10 foremen we have the experience and resources to handle the most demanding projects.

Our company was founded by Mr. J. Frank Blakely in 1931. Prior to the Great Depression, Mr. Blakely had opened a branch of Huntington and Guerry Electrical Contractor in the Spartanburg area. As the nation's economy rebounded, Mr. Blakely decided to open his own electrical business. Under his leadership, the business prospered, and upon his death, in 1945, Mr. E. L. "Joe" Hannah took over the company.
