Founded in 1997, ATM Engineering provides structural engineering services for projects throughout California and Nevada. ATM Engineering delivers value by combining innovative ideas with the latest structural design technologies. Our years of experience working for owners and design-build contractors have given us an appreciation for the worth of the construction dollar, resulting in a "best value for the dollar" approach to design.

Founded in 1997 by Tim and Amy McPartland, ATM Engineering has provided Sacramento Structural Engineering services to architects, contractors, developers, building owners, and other clients for over 23 years. Large tilt-up concrete warehouse, distribution, and industrial buildings up to a million square feet.

Team

Our staff size is large enough to tackle larger projects and yet small enough for personalized attention. We maintain a full-time staff including three design engineers and three CAD designers along with other support staff. We also have substantial flexibility to adapt to fluctuations in work flow by maintaining relationships with several CAD and other design consultants.

Waterfront Office Building is a three-story, 47,063 square foot Class A office building located in the vibrant heart of downtown Petaluma. This unique facility boasts a distinctive lobby with high-end finishes as well as operable windows.
