Microwave Probes
Our microwave probes deliver superior electrical performance for on-wafer, package, and PCB testing. With frequency ranges up to 65 GHz and durable probe tips, they ensure consistent data quality across various applications including BGA and backplane testing. The probes maintain 50 Ohm impedance with -15 dB return loss and 1.5 dB insertion loss while offering multiple tip configurations and cable compatibility options.
Probe Stations
Our GTL series probe stations provide precision platforms for single and dual-sided measurements. The 4040 model features 18x18 inch platform with 4-inch X-axis travel, while the 9500 accommodates large 29x37 inch test boards. All stations include vacuum-based calibration substrate holders and optional video systems for enhanced measurement accuracy in semiconductor and PCB testing applications.
Custom Test Fixtures
