A typical design project starts with a detailed Design Memorandum that sets forth the basic criteria that will be used to design the facility.

Our original and founding location was in Hopkinton, MA near the start of the renowned Boston Marathon. That campus was located in two adjacent stately mansions that were constructed during the mid 1800s.
