I needed to test paint in an old home for lead and have a sample of drop ceiling tested for asbestos. I was glad ALWE could do both jobs in one visit. It was easy to arrange a visit and their prices were reasonable and transparent. Their risk assessor met me at the house and conducted a thorough lead paint examination of 16 rooms and walked me through her findings at the end, in addition to the formal report I later received by email. I was pleased with the work they did and would highly recommend ALWE!

Chose this company because their estimator was knowledgeable, their price competitive, and they would perform difficult tasks that others would not. Their team was skilled, polite, and they worked very hard in high heat without complaint. They did a fantastic job of removing old tile, linoleum and adhesive (asbestos) in three rooms, on schedule. Their onsite supervisor was very efficient and kept the team moving with no hassle for me. Highly recommend.
