Most unpleasant experience ever. After collecting my fees, they took more than four months to complete a survey, when initially had agreed to do it in four weeks. It took weekly calls and emails for them to respond. The President of the company got on the phone to tell me not to call them again. How is it that one of their core values is Integrity? they have done nothing more than providing all sort of excuses for their lack of responsiveness and professionalism. Its outrageous they feel they can treat people like this.
