Allied traces its origins to a premier engineering consulting firm in Wichita, Kansas. In the late 1980s, the firm noticed increasing requests for environmental services from their clients. To meet these requests, the firm formed an environmental department in 1989 by hiring a small number of highly experienced professionals.

Paul joined Allied Environmental Consultants in 1994 as a geologist, becoming President in 2007. He also serves as senior project manager, responsible for continued development of Allied's services and programs under CWA, CAA, RCRA, and CERCLA. Paul supports a wide range of solid waste and hazardous waste management projects for clients ranging from government agencies to Fortune 500 companies.
