Horrible customer service. Coordinated an install on a washer. Flooded the house and now will not speak with us or call us back. They said that we needed to take pictures and sent them to them. They said they would write a report and have not heard anything since. Horrible service. Never go with this company or home depot for install on ANY appliances. It has been 3 months with no response. I will be filing a compliant with the BBB and others to make sure this company will never ruin another house and not pay.
