Ifland Engineers, Inc. provides civil and structural design services for residential, commercial, institutional and governmental clientele. From our offices, located on Monterey Bay in central California, we are able to serve clients throughout the Monterey Bay and Bay Area regions. With our extensive experience we are able to guide clients through site planning, permit processing, project design and construction coordination phases of project development.In addition, we afford the opportunity to coordinate with other disciplines as partners of the design team, such as architects, surveyors, landscape architects, traffic engineers, geotechnical engineers and utility design specialists.

Our services for subdivision design are all inclusive. We are able to take you through site planning, tentative map preparation and approval and subdivision design and Final Map completion. Our decades of experience affords clients with the tenacity necessary to complete projects in the current political environment.

Take Highway One south. Exit on Soquel Avenue and stay in the left lane. Turn left onto Soquel Avenue and proceed approximately 0.4 miles. Just past the intersection with Chanticleer Avenue turn right into the business park. Our suite has a separate entry from the main building lobby. Upon facing the building simply walk to the left front corner and you'll see our monument sign outside our door.
