From humble beginnings in 1992 to becoming a leader in engineering services in East Texas, Hayes Engineering has built a reputation of integrity, expertise and excellence in multi-disciplinary engineering services, specializing in the planning and design of Public Works projects. Hayes Engineering was founded under the name NRSH in 1994 by Stanley R. Hayes, P.E., before the name was changed to Hayes Engineering in 2004. Since that time, the firm has experienced growth, serving hundreds of clients across East Texas with economical and practical engineering services.
