I was working with Modus Engineering for three years. It started really quick with prompt actions from Tomas's side in order for me to get the 30% ruling. I can tell you that that's a lot of money. If it was not him and his team I wouldn't get it. On the other hand Linda was absolutely amazing in helping us settle and she assisted my family with the accomodation arrangement. There is nothing that I can think of that Modus Engineering is not great at. Me and my family will be forever grateful. Thank you!

My experience with Modus engineering has been extremely positive. They were swift on making sure all interviews with the right stakeholders within companies were arranged. They were sharp at negiotiating terms of conditions in my favor on my behalf. They did not stop there, they continuously and periodically checked up on me to ascertain facts on my experience with the company they placed me in. Modus engineering even did their best to highlight transferable skills to the client to make me more attractive to hire.

They are a fair company. They go up and beyond for their clients to ameliorate their career. It helps a great deal that even after I joined the company, they continue to arrange business needs and facilitate them along the way. They have very approachable personnel and the owner of the company understands the industries for which his company recruits.

As a recruiter, Casper is a very determined, professional, and also friendly person with high-level communication skills. He is very good at clearly and concisely giving information to me, also, he always quickly responses with kindness and hospitality in case of any questions and information. This professional behavior makes sure there are no doubts or anxieties with candidates and keeps the company's brand image very positive, so, employers don't miss a chance to see qualified candidates. Moreover, as he correctly reads and understands the profiles of job seekers (not like recruiters who just contact a bunch of people at random), he contacts the right people for each position, and this skill prevents mismatching between employers and job seekers. So, they don't need to be exhausted with lots of meaningless interviews/meetings. I can say that he has great skills not only as a recruiter but also as a kind friend.

I met Casper while looking for my first job. He is a remarkable person and for the following reasons, I would like to recommend his abilities for anyone who is willing to take any steps in their career and business needs. Within whole recruitment process he was full of energy and passion. He listens very carefully and knows how to find someone's career needs. In that period he was always available to help, and create an efficient link between companies and me. I am very happy that my first experience in Alfen was with help of Casper.
