We were founded in 1997 by a group of five independent consultants. Today, we are led by Chris Livesey, Chantal Walsh, and Tom Walsh. We have grown into a network of over 115 affiliated geologists, geophysicists, petroleum engineers, and other oil and gas professionals. We are professionally licensed in the State of Alaska and hold the sole certification to provide integrated Petroleum Engineering consulting services. Our team brings more than twenty years of industry experience, with the majority of that expertise gained in Alaska. We have worked in every Alaskan basin on both exploration and development projects, from the North Slope to Cook Inlet. Our consultants possess deep knowledge of regional geology, unique operating conditions, and the regulatory environment.

We utilize state-of-the-art geoscience workstations for seismic interpretation, geologic modeling, reservoir modeling and simulation, and petrophysical analysis. We maintain a proprietary database of Alaska digital well logs that we make available to clients, leveling the playing field for smaller operators. Since our inception, we have delivered high-quality, reliable services that meet rigorous professional standards. We assemble integrated teams to manage exploration and development projects, ensuring seamless coordination from planning to execution.
