Chao and Associates has had the privilege of participating in Adopt-A-Highway for over twenty years, a volunteer program for caring citizens sponsored by the SC Department of Transportation. We love to show our Palmetto Pride by "Keeping the Midlands Beautiful". Carolina Sunshine For Children provides a ray of sunshine for South Carolina children with life-threatening illnesses by granting wishes.

Columbia, SC Client: Suggs and Kelly Law Firm Performed construction management, prepared structural and civil construction plans and permit applications for a 66,000 square-foot, four-story, composite steel frame office building.
