Our traffic engineering staff includes experienced, former public servants who fully understand issues specific to the Puget Sound Region. We specialize in the development of traffic control plans, and traffic signal design. Performed traffic counts, hauling route analysis and traffic control planning for SPU's Ballard Basin's pipeline connection to the Ship Canal Water Quality Project (SCWQP) storage tunnel.

Northwest Engineers provides expertise in stormwater and utility design. These designs are enhanced with robust computer-aided simulations for stormwater, water distribution and sewer systems. We also provide water quality monitoring and testing services. Provide water quality monitoring services for the Bullitt Center's rainwater to potable water drinking water treatment system.
