Summit Engineering Corporation was established in 1978 with an office in Reno, Nevada which provided Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services. The original founders and principals, Thomas H. Gallagher, P.E., P.L.S., and Don M. McHarg, P.L.S. still supply day to day hands on guidance and direction of the firm with Thomas Gallagher as President and Chief Executive Officer and Don McHarg as Executive Vice President.
