Established in 1992, Womer and Associates is a full-service professional firm that specializes in planning, architecture, and engineering services for commercial construction projects. We strive to provide excellent service by turning unique ideas and needs into successful construction projects. This is done by listening, understanding, and leading.
Rick Mathews, P.E., is a Principal of Womer & Associates. Rick manages projects and oversees the architectural and engineering departments. He acts as a liaison between many of our clients and our staff. Rick endeavors to get all our projects done on time and under budget. He has decades of experience working on a variety of Native American projects, work with various municipalities, as well as highly sensitive projects.
Our architectural process follows the basic principle, "form follows function." We work with you to establish the functional need to help your vision come to life through our creative process that integrates "People, Culture, Design." What also sets us apart is having Architecture and Engineering in one office.
We offer architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and civil design services in one office. This multi-discipline setting improves communication, project coordination, and staff networking, which improves the overall quality of our plans and specifications. Excellent quality of construction drawings significantly reduce contractor change orders while delivering a superior product. Our company takes pride in having excellent plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E's) that have zero to very few change orders.
