Great experience with Jim. Had contractors doing work in the house and needed the services of a structural engineer for peace of mind. He was very knowledgeable, prompt in responding, and made sure the work was done correctly. THANK YOU!

This engineer wouldn't confirm the time when exactly he would go to inspect the property, yet he would want the payment upfront. During the initial conversation, he said he charges $125/hr (including the time to travel etc) and then he asked $250. You decide.

We were extremely satisfied with the work that Jim did for us. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to help us. We needed to get a permit retroactively for a structure that was already built (which is not an easy thing to do). Jim came out and examined our structure. He told us exactly what we needed to do structurally so that we could get the permit.

We had many phone calls back and forth and he even worked directly with the township to help speed up the process, since we were trying to sell the house. Prior to Jim's involvement, we were having a lot of trouble getting the township to respond. I am absolutely certain that we would not have been able to get the permit or sell our house had it not been for all of the help Jim provided. I would highly recommend him! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would.

Great Guy Jim Wilson. Jim has a great follow through. Jim is accurate and knows what he is talking about. If you want things done the first time done right call Jim!
