Veryst Engineering Meta Reality Labs (MRL), a subsidiary of Meta (formerly Facebook, Inc.), recently published an article describing their research conducted with support from Veryst's Dr. Alireza Kermani. MRL modeled ultrasound sensor integration into a glasses form factor augmented reality device, using a COMSOL model built by Veryst. This course is intended for finite element (FE) engineers that simulate polymers and are interested in advancing their modeling skills beyond hyperelastic material models.

The class covers the foundations of continuum mechanics for material modeling, including hyperelasticity, metal plasticity, linear viscoelasticity, and advanced viscoplastic material models.
