Founded in 1976, USI Consultants, Inc. has built a reputation as a leader in the civil engineering and land surveying community. Indianapolis-based USI focuses on the planning, surveying, design, inspection and construction management of civil engineering, structural, and transportation related projects throughout Indiana.
Guided by the principle that our greatest success comes from developing and maintaining trusting and lasting partnerships with our clients, USI's Bridge Design team diligently works to provide clear solutions to our client's transportation needs. We employ a full-service in-house design team experienced in award-winning replacement, rehabilitation, and new bridge designs.
USI's team has more than 30 years of bridge inspection experience in Indiana, serving 46 counties in the last 18 years. Our professional engineer led inspection teams are certified and prequalified in all areas of bridge inspection including scour analysis. We also can operate under bridge inspection equipment.
USI Construction Engineering Department provides location and grade surveying for roads, bridges, sewers, drainage ditches, building projects, parking lots, and utilities. We develop and establish construction control by using electronic total stations and data collectors, as well as, GPS RTK technology.
