It has been over 15 months since TSD started our lot line adjustment. It took them over a year to submit it to the county. AFTER they had our $$. We are still waiting for them to return more documents to the county. They have screwed us over. DON'T use this company if you expect professionalism and efficiency. I wrote this review originally 2 weeks ago. Still no communication from TSD.
