Since 1971, Norman Sutherland has been the principal of Sutherland Associates, Inc. Mr. Sutherland possesses a B.S. in civil engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia and is a registered professional engineer in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has vast experience in managing a wide range of engineering and construction projects, right-of-way and site acquisition and providing project consultation to the utility industry.
