We provide Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering, consulting and design services, for all types of construction. From small additions and interior renovations, to medium and large scale industrial and commercial projects, we have the tools and the staff with the experience to provide quick and accurate construction drawings.

Our current staff consists of full time employees, part time employees, plus several independent consultants which allow us to provide full electrical and mechanical engineering design services. With our staff of in-house engineers, designers and technical staff plus our network of independent consultants, designers and CADD draftsmen, our flexible staffing arrangement allows us to easily schedule new projects into our workload. We have several projects underway in various phases of design and construction.

Sunderland Engineering supports the growth of our community through involvement in local civic organizations and by supporting our most valuable resource, our children. We have participated as school sponsors, coaches and volunteers for our local youth educational programs. We have participated as sponsors, coaches and volunteers for our local youth talent programs.
