I had Stout and Caldwell perform a Elevation Certification for me due to my property being rezoned as a flood sone by FEMA. Dan informed me that I could submit a LOMA (Letter of Map Amendment) to FEMA along with supporting documentation to have the rezoning decision reversed in my favor thus not requiring Flood Insurance per my Mortgage provider.
