Star Engineering was founded on the simple premise of providing customers with quality machined parts, delivered on time. We are proud of the industries served and look forward to continuing current, as well as building new customer relationships. As an experienced CNC contract manufacturer, we believe that meeting customer demand is not a one size fits all approach.

Since starting our business in 1965, we have demonstrated flexibility in accommodating unique customer inventory requirements. At Star Engineering our work cell layout and machine capabilities allow us to specialize in mid volume (50 to 50,000 parts) production.

In 1965 Star Engineering and Machining was founded on the premise of providing customers with quality machined parts, delivered on time. This has been a guiding principle for our business and has allowed us to become one of the leading CNC contract manufacturers in the region. With the introduction of Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machines in the 1980s, manufacturers were able to maintain an increased level of precision with respect to tolerances and production quality.Acquisition by the U.S. Group in 1990 provided necessary capital for Star to strategically invest in CNC technology.
For more than 30 years, our experienced team has built a reputation on reliability. We proudly offer CNC machining for a variety of industries. Our desire is to serve customers focused on mid-volume (50-50,000 pieces per year) production runs, allowing us to avoid supply chain disruption through optimized manufacturing processes.
Star Engineering's turbocharger manufacturing legacy extends more than 40 years. During this time, we've worked with OEM's to provide best-in-class components while developing valuable industry relationships. Our staff of skilled machinists, along with IATF16949 certification, provides precision and quality products, every time.
Not all contract manufacturers are created equal. When considering a partner for machining parts utilized in the Oil & Gas industry, finding an expert who understands the intricacies related to correct speeds and feeds is critical. Due to the corrosive nature of the oil and gas industry, exotic alloys containing high percentages of chromium and molybdenum are used.
