Services
A graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia, Michael has been working in Civil Engineering Design, Construction Management and Land Surveying since 1984. After serving as the City Engineer of Florissant from 1984-1987, he founded St. Charles Engineering and Surveying, Inc. (SCES) in March of 1988.
We provide Property Boundary Surveys, Land Title Surveys for home purchases, new home site plot plans, house stake outs, and topographic surveys for a current home or future new home.
