Speath Engineering FL, LLC was founded by Matthew S. Speath, P.E., a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Mr. Speath has been providing Civil Engineering services in Florida since 2002.
Speath Engineering specializes in Civil Engineering and Site Development Consulting by providing services to developers, investors, architects, planners and government agencies. Combining state of the art software with cost effective designs, we are able to provide our clients with original site designs that suit their individual needs. The following are examples of a few of our projects.
Speath Engineering performs structural analysis with state-of-the-art STAAD Pro software and verify computer results with hand computation methods. The structure is an 8,000 square foot banking and corporate office facility that is located on Metro Parkway in Fort Myers. The building structure is a steel beam design with a precast floor system.
