Emailed numerous times with no response. Took them 8 months to survey my property. Very poor customer service

Repeated calls to them. There is no one to answer the phone and left numerous messages. Finally got a call from Kevin in surveying and we stated we needed re-marking of the lot we have purchased. He quoted approx. $500. We gave him the verbal approval and then have heard nothing for the past 4 weeks. I placed 2 more calls to him last week on Tuesday and Thursday without a response.

I called our realtor, as they referred us to Siteline, to let her know how unresponsive the company is. Finally, today, we get a quote for $3,200. How did the price go from $500 to $3200? The original call was on speaker phone with our realtor who also confirmed she heard the original price. How unethical. We recommended to our realtor she not refer and they agreed.

We contacted another surveyor in that area and they actually answered the phone and we were able to make immediate arrangements. If you want the surveying dept. I would go elsewhere.

Sitelines is a first class group. They completed two subdivision projects, on tight timelines, taking them from concept to Planning Board approval. We will continue to work with them.

Topsham Housing Authority recently worked with Sitelines to obtain the necessary permitting for 38 new residential dwelling units. It was a pleasure working with them and their team and we were successful in obtaining the permits. We are finalizing our financing and anticipate a construction start date sometime in Spring of 2022. Thank you Curt and the entire Sitelines Team!

I engaged this company to complete a survey for the sale of my business in 2017. They missed several promised deadlines and failed to respond to requests for a solid delivery date or progress. Fast forward a year and a half and I'm selling a portion of the retained property. I emailed asking iof they could create a legal description. No response for two weeks so I emailed again.

They responded by forwarding it to another person ion the Company who a week later after another email from me responded that someone else in the Company would need to do it. I went to another surveyor who completed the request in 3 days. I'm not questioning their work but be sure you have solid expectations if you work with these folks.

I worked with Sitelines for over a year to aquire permits to construct two very large commercial buildings in two different towns. One in Freeport and one In Brunswick. A portion of the property in Brunswick was in a resource protection zone, which made the permitting process even more challenging. I needed to amend the Freeport plan during the middle of construction and return to the Project Review Board for their approval.

Time was of the essence and Sitelines responded to go before the Board at the earliest possible opportunity. We acquired both permits and the amended permit in very timely fashion because Sitelines was very prepared to answer Board members questions at the hearings and had submitted very thorough paperwork. As a result, my continued relationships with both towns' officials for final inspections is very positive.

No one likes the costs associated with permitting for their project, but I was treated very fairly by Sitelines for all the work they did. I highly recommend them for any project, large or small. Good luck with your project! John Fitzpatrick New Meadows Marina
