Scott Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Greg Scott, P.E. Having worked in the public sector as City Engineer for the City of Dover, Delaware, and in the private sector doing work for private, public, institutional, and commercial entities in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania for many years, Greg saw a growing need for engineers in the State of Delaware and a unique opportunity to realize his lifelong dream of owning his own business. Since the beginning of the firm, SEI has developed a reputation for implementing unique design solutions specific to the client's needs.

SEI commits to taking an aggressive approach in designing and managing projects to meet our client's needs. As such, we offer what we consider to be value-added service. This means consistently providing a level of service beyond the norm expected.
