Critical: Professionalism Their truck was in front on the street literally blaring a bunch of bass and rap music about 7 minutes while they stopped and did whatever the were doing. We're talking crackly speaker, has the music up so loud it disrupts the whole neighborhood while they sit around in the street. You've got to be kidding me!

Critical: Professionalism A guy nearly hit us and then proceeded to honk at us when he wanted to cut in front of everyone on the freeway. Also he didn't pay attention to anyone around him.

Critical: Professionalism Nearly ran off of 20 by truck 538 that was more in tune with his phone than his surroundings.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Worst People to work For. They won't pay training. And if they do, expect the paycheck a month later or more. Unresponsive and not professional at all. Trainers don't even know what they are teaching. Staff is a joke. No parking lot. They don't care about your safety.

Fanny Burrow is a wonderful woman! She takes care of everyone and everything! I don't know what this company would be without her!

David Wilcher came out to our shop in less than a days notice. He walked 5 of us through the VERTICLE WELD CERTIFICATION process and after all 5 of us tested and passed, He went a step further and demonstrated to 3 of us how We could improve on our welds with about 30 minutes of professional advice that I doubt our company was even charged for. Mr. Wilcher is helpful, knowledgeable, and He's been around for awhile.

I'd say He's in his 60's. I've been welding over 30 years and He made me a better welder in less than 30 minutes. I can give no higher recommendation. A true pleasure to do business with.

Love this place. Been working for Rone for nearly two years. Transferred from Austin to corporate headquarters in Dallas, and absolutely love it. It's a growing company, with a new training department, and the overall atmosphere of this company is to support its employees and hold everyone to a higher standard. Doesn't mean that everyone who works here is a rockstar. Most people work independently so it's hard to know everything that happens when no one else is around, but Rone definitely strives to be one of the best!
