As a builder and developer of over 25 years, I require a team of service providers that are professional, responsive, priced fairly and capable of making things that aren't always easy happen. Rick Richardson has always provided me with this. He's been my "go to" engineer for 15 years.

I had hired Richardson Engineering for the past four years for engineering my project. It has been my experience that lately they have become very greedy and they submit inadequate redline changes so that the job gets repeatedly rejected and I had to pay them for redo every time. Recently, Rick Richardson could not get a reline thru Howard DPZ after four attempts.

I dont know if this is dishonesty or just incompetence. Wish I had never ever dealt with them. I am even considering filing formal complaint with P.E. licensing Board of DLLR.
